Ming is co-founder of Inclusive Business Foundation. He serves as a key liaison coordinator and oversees communications and strategic editorial support for the development of the curriculum. He supports the program globally and helps to develop the Training the Trainers Leadership Roundtables (TTLR) curriculum which has been piloted successfully in China and Asia for the past five years. He edits the TTLR booklet which has been translated into many languages including English, Chinese, Thai and Japanese. He also serves as an interpreter and translator for the guest speakers of the Global Inclusive Leadership Next Gen Program. He gives guidance and offers advice for the submission and presentation of students’ stories including those in the “Never too Young to Lead” series.
Ming studied political science and history at National Taiwan University and Cambridge University. Combining his interest in history and languages, he is currently researching on the historical development of the English language with the hope of helping students to learn and expand English vocabulary with ease.
