On the afternoon of June 20th, the third Training The Trainers roundtable was held in Dagang High School. Dr Violet Lo briefed the participants on the arrangements of this summer’s STEM+ Leadership Week and announced that there would be more than 400 students from within and outside of Zhenjiang along with students from Hong Kong joining this year’s event. She called on the schools to start preparing and setting things up for it in order to offer the students a better experience that would truly challenge and develop them.
After that, Dr Lo also initiated a discussion on “Forgiveness”, on which the participant had a heated discussion.

6月20日下午，卢雪芬博士领衔的“培养培训者领导能力”国际容领项目在图书楼五楼会议室如期举行。我校“卓越领导力”课题组及来自丹徒高级中学的班主任代表共十余人参加了本次活动。
卢博士首先向与会人员介绍了七月中旬即将在我校举行的国际容领“STEM+”领导力培训周活动计划及筹备情况，本次活动将组织包括镇江市区、丹徒区及丹阳市的共400名高中学生，与来自香港的中学生一道，开展“STEM+”系列挑战赛。卢博士号召参会的指导老师们及早谋划、及早落实，使参赛学生在活动中充分历练，在历练中全面成长，以此丰富自己的人生体验。
接下来，全体成员以“原谅”为关键词，通过“观点--反省和回应--评估--行动”等流程开展了圆桌会议，大家在活动中各抒己见、畅所欲言，纷纷发表自己的看法和意见。
活动最后，项目组成员们还结合前期的课程学习分享了各自实践应用后的感受。本次学习活动圆满结束。
